Our team draws upon collective experience throughout the entire organization and is led by our executive team.

Ed Kilroy, Chief Executive Officer

Ed Kilroy is Chief Executive Officer of MedAvail Technologies and a member of the company’s board of directors. He joined MedAvail in 2012, bringing more than 30 years of technology industry leadership to his role with the company.

Since joining MedAvail, Ed has worked to share MedAvail’s strategy and vision with customers, partners and investors. He has worked closely with our customers and prospects and our highly-talented team to bring the organization to where we are today.

Prior to joining MedAvail, Ed managed large, complex organizations. He was CEO of Symcor Inc. and President of IBM Canada. During his career at IBM, he held executive positions in Canada, Australia and the USA.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrator Sciences from Yale University.

Fraser Mackay, Chief Operating Officer

Fraser Mackay is Chief Operating Officer of MedAvail Technologies. He brings more than 25 years of experience setting strategies, delivering new technologies and driving operational excellence in various international organizations.

At MedAvail, Fraser has oversight on the technology and operations teams. He is responsible for development of the hardware and software that drives our solution, including the mobile apps and supporting MedPlatform Enterprise software. His teams are driven by our consumer research, pointing to the experience the consumer is looking for from a pharmacy of the 21st century.

Previously, Fraser was the Chief Digital Officer at Royal & Sun Alliance, leading that organization through a digital transformation. Prior to joining RSA, he led Digital, Internet and Mobile Channels Technology at CIBC including the ATM channel and delivered innovations such as touchscreens, check image deposit and mobile banking.

Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Mathematics from the University of Bolton.

Will Misloski, Chief Marketing Officer

Will Misloski is Chief Marketing Officer of MedAvail Technologies. Will is a decisive marketing strategist who has specialized in growing companies by focusing on the consumer experience.

At MedAvail, Will oversees all aspects of the customer experience, data analytics and the marketing strategy. His team uses data to tell the story of how marketing activities impact the customer journey and ultimately the business.

Before joining MedAvail, Will was SVP Customer Marketing at Go Daddy, where he was responsible for the global customer marketing strategy. Under Will’s direction, using the latest in marketing techniques and technologies, Go Daddy made huge strides in reducing customer churn.

Prior to Go Daddy, Will honed his marketing skills and experience to drive significant growth at both Raise and Nutrisystem and he was VP and General Manager at Orbitz. As part of the early Orbitz team, they created a world-class consumer experience, laying the foundation for the future acquisition of Orbitz Worldwide by Expedia.

Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.

Lori Valentini, VP Finance

Lori Valentini is VP Finance at MedAvail Technologies. She is a dedicated and performance driven finance professional with over 20 years of multinational experience in IT, electronics, manufacturing and financial services.

At MedAvail, Lori provides financial oversight for all of MedAvail’s locations. She is responsible for financial strategic direction including all aspects of financial reporting and planning, investor communications, treasury and controller’s operations, taxation and pharmacy financial results. In addition, Lori serves as corporate secretary for MedAvail’s Board of Directors.

Prior to joining MedAvail, Lori was Director of Finance at Autoliv Electronics (North America), and held various strategic financial positions at Magna International Inc., Bank of Montreal, and St. Joseph Communications. Lori began her career at Ernst & Young (now EY) in their auditing and accounting practice.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University, and accounting designations of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA).

Mary Cardoni, VP Human Resources and Administration

Mary Cardoni is VP Human Resources and Administration at MedAvail Technologies. She is a global Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience in technology, supply chain, health care, aerospace, telecommunications and public utilities.

Mary started the MedAvail organization when investors purchased the assets of PCAS (Patient Care Automation Services) and continues to build the strong organization we have today. Through all aspects of human resources management, Mary nurtures the link between company success, quality workers and financial performance. She is also a key participant in company strategic planning.

Prior to joining MedAvail, Mary led global and local human resources teams for PCAS, UTI (a global supply chain organization), the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan, Bombardier Aerospace, Bell Canada, Bell Distribution, Bell Mobility and Ontario Hydro.
